Who runs the game

Nebula Dominion is run by Niccolò Pierconti. Based in: Monterotondo (RM). Contact: info@nebuladominion.com.

What data we collect

Username, email address, password (stored only in encrypted form), chosen language, date of the last login and your game data: planets, fleets, messages, alliance chat and Support tickets.

What it is used for

To let you log in, protect your account, recover your password and run the game. We do not sell or hand your data to third parties and we use no advertising trackers.

IP address

The IP address is used only to protect the service, for example to limit repeated login attempts: for this we use an anonymous fingerprint that expires after a few minutes. In the staff action log we keep an anonymous fingerprint, not the address itself. Like any website, the server may note the IP address in technical access logs, used only for security and maintenance.

Messages and chat

Messages, reports and alliance chat are deleted automatically after 45 days.

Optional external services

If you link Telegram or Discord to receive game alerts, the text of the alerts passes through those services, which have their own privacy rules: you can unlink them at any time from the settings. Support tickets are translated by a service that runs on the game's own server.

Cookies

We use a single technical session cookie, needed to keep you logged in. No other cookies are needed.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as the account exists. If the account is deleted, the game data and messages are removed; for security, the staff action log keeps the username and email of the deleted account.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to the staff from Support.
