Who runs the game

Nebula Dominion is run by Niccolò Pierconti. Based in: Monterotondo (RM). Contact: info@nebuladominion.com.

The game

Nebula Dominion is a free online strategy game, offered without any guarantee of continuity. The universe may be restarted (new season), updated or suspended for maintenance.

One account each

Each person may have only one account. Sharing an account, pushing points between your own accounts and using automated programs (bots) or other means to gain an unfair advantage are forbidden.

Conduct

Player, alliance and planet names must not be offensive or impersonate other people. Insults, threats and harassment lead to the suspension of the account.

Game-controlled commanders

The universe also contains commanders controlled by the game itself: they build, research and grow their planets to keep the universe lively. They are not real people, cannot log in, do not write messages and have no personal data. They appear in the rankings and in the galaxy like any other commander.

Suspensions

The staff may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can appeal a suspension by opening a ticket from Support.

Liability

The game is provided as it is. We accept no responsibility for any loss of data or game progress, which have no monetary value.

Changes

These terms may change when the game changes: the date at the top shows the last update. If you keep playing, you accept the version in force.

Minimum age

You must be at least 16 to sign up. If you are between 14 and 16 you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Accounts of younger people are closed as soon as we notice; if you are a parent and want an account removed, write to the address at the bottom of this page.
